How the Design Lab works
The Design Lab is a free tool for anyone planning a villa on a plot in the UAE. It works out a first estimate of the villa your plot and budget allow, then lets you place the rooms on your own land and send the plan to our architects.

The Design Lab is free. Its figures are a first estimate, not a permit check or a quote: your plot's approved planning requirements set the final numbers, and our architect confirms them with you before any design starts.
