The approach

Vectra Design Studio designs gardens, courtyards, pool terraces and roof gardens for villas in Dubai and across the UAE, planned for the Gulf summer from the first sketch. The design is shown in day and night renders, then drawn as planting plans, hardscape setting-out and lighting layouts your landscape contractor can price and build. We quote a fixed fee after a short discovery call.

Our landscape work begins where most goes wrong: the climate. We plan shade before planting, prevailing breeze before water features, and irrigation before instagram moments. The result is outdoor space that stays usable and beautiful past its first summer.

We design courtyards, pool terraces, roof gardens and full villa landscapes as continuations of the architecture: same geometry, same material language, one composition. Planting palettes favour native and adapted species that thrive with less water: ghaf, sidr, bougainvillea, desert rose, ornamental grasses and Mediterranean species proven in the Gulf, matched to each garden's sun exposure and irrigation capacity.

Deliverables are contractor-ready: hardscape setting-out, planting plans and schedules, irrigation intent, lighting layouts and pergola/shade-structure details. We take on standalone garden and courtyard redesigns for existing villas as readily as landscape inside a full architecture package.
