Who we are
Vectra Design Studio (“we”, “us”) is a design studio located at Office C1802, Ontario Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through vectra.ae, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
What we collect
When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: name, phone number or email address, project type, indicative budget, where your plot is and your message. When you ask for the free online design consultation, we collect your name and mobile number and, if you give them, where your plot is and a short note of what you want reviewed. With either we note the page you sent it from and, if you accepted analytics, the page your visit began on and how you arrived (for example from a search engine). We do not collect payment information through this website.
How we use it
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you engage us, to deliver our services. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Retention & sharing
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records. Data is shared only with service providers that operate this website and our email, under appropriate safeguards.
Chat assistant
Questions typed into the chat assistant may be kept with the answer given, without anything that links them to you, and are deleted after about 180 days. When AI assisted answers are switched on, your question and the last few messages of the chat may be sent to the studio’s AI service provider to write the answer. Please do not type personal details into the chat.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@vectra.ae.

This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how pages are used. Where cookies requiring consent are introduced, a consent notice will be shown.
