The approach

Vectra Design Studio designs villas, residences and commercial buildings in Dubai and across the UAE, taking each from brief and concept to a coordinated, tender-ready drawing set, typically in 3 to 4 months for a villa. Architectural design fees in the UAE usually fall between AED 25 and 60 per sq ft depending on scope; we quote a fixed fee after a short discovery call. Every design is proven in day and night renders, and your own engineer or contractor takes it forward from our handover.

Every project starts with the site and the client, not a style. We study orientation, sun, privacy and the rhythms of family life in the UAE before a single line is drawn.
